The Kitchen Garden is smaller space connected to our Market Garden where we can experiment with new and different varieties of vegetables, flowers, and herbs. It's kind of the "lab" of the gardens. And when we say "new", we mean "new to us". Most of what we grow is of the heirloom variety; plant varieties that have been around for much longer than us and have stood the test of time because they are delicious, not genetically altered to keep longer on the grocery aisle.
